Enjoy an afternoon of gentle, effortless restorative yoga designed to progressively open and balance your body. A restorative yoga practice, a wonderful antidote to chronic stress, encourages deep relaxation, releases muscle tension, lubricates joints and clears the mind.

Both healing and relaxing, this practice will be further enhanced with the application of organic floral waters and essential oils gently massaged into the chakra centres of the body. The combination of supported postures, created with bolsters and blocks, breath work and aromatherapy is appropriate for all, including those new to yoga.
